I have no complaints about it except that I wish the consistency was a bit thinner to make it easier to massage into my hair without having to use so much. I kind of wish there was a scent to it, but the fact that it's unscented is fine too. There's not really anything about it that makes me love it more than other conditioners. Next time I order conditioner from Maple Holistics I will probably switch back to the Silk 18 kind I usually buy because I like the way it smells so much and because it really does make my hair feel soft.
