The setup of buttons and lights are not intuitive. The lights for mute, speaker, and headset are not marked and have no relation or identification to their function. The phone had no external power source and most likely for that reason is not very loud. While using the speaker phone, the other party stated it was very hard for them to hear me. I bought one in July 2017, but was inoperable within 4 months. The supplier kindly sent a second one, which worked a few more months. By January 2018, the second phone stopped working. In February 2018, they sent a third phone, which worked two days. No more returns. I won't buy another. Cheap and poor quality.
