My hair is dark and it didn't work well. I stripped my hair and used a different color. The brand is great though. Jusy make sure your hair is light not dark **Q: Will this work on gray hair?** A: The Got2b Metallic hair color is not recommended for grey hair. **Q: Will this work on purple hair?** A: If you are talking about the silver, I don't know. I even took heed of the other terrible reviews and bought two bottles to make sure I had enough. The two bottles were completely different in shade and texture. I mixed them together to try and even it out but it was too thick. The application was quite difficult. I spent much longer than usual with the application trying to get it even across my hair. The color is really bad.
