The Corgi Butt Neck Pillow is really cute. It is more a decoration than a neck pillow. It is not a realistic sized neck pillow. The pillow arrived packaged in a clear plastic bag. Clean and well made. I washed the pillow in my washing machine and dryer before installing it on my car. It came through the wash beautifully. I wasn't sure if that was the correct way to clean the pillow as there are no instructions on pillow care on the attached tag.
