Pretty sure you won't be able to use the front skid plate for z71. And use the instructions for same kit made by rough country. Can down load from there website **Q: Will these fit for a 2008 silverado with a 7.5 inch lift? cant quit chewing through cv axles** A: I used these on a 2013 Tahoe with a 7.5 RC lift. It fit and helped out my cv angle and the extra drop did not make my CV joints bind at full compression. However I did have to drop the front of my skid pan with some 1/4 spacers for just a little for clearance bc the chunk was just touching the skid pan on the front side.
