Unfortunately they run a full size too big. I ordered a size 7 and they're a good inch plus longer than any of my other size 7 dress shoes. Will be exchanging.They did arrive very fast. I can't wait to get the right size.Update: Size 5.5 arrived today and they fit. Almost. Still a bit big, but close enough! They're freakin' gorgeous.There is a strong smell to them, but I'm sure that will wear off. The come in a bag marked: JING PIN XILIE CHANPIN, with Chinese characters above that. We'll see how they wear. They're not an everyday shoe for me so I'm sure they'll do just fine.I'm female, and I buy men's shoes most of the time. They're generally built better, are more comfortable and come in so many more options that don't require you to accept a 3+ inch heel shoving your toes into the front of the shoe all day!Given I do that, I'm very aware of sizes. I know my measurements in inches, centimeters, US, UK, and European sizes. In the US, generally it's 1.5 sizes up to convert from men's to women's. I regularly buy a 7 or 7.5, in mens because I can wear an 8-9 in womens. I like my shoes to run a bit big but I've never had a men's 5.5 before fit and still be a bit too big. Point: These really do run bigger than anything I've ever seen before. Place your order accordingly. With shoes like this with a tapered toe, that's especially important.Anyway, I bought these for $14.99. What a steal! I mean, real leather with a durable looking sole, and the heel that makes them dressy, which is my style. Since I live in North Idaho, we have some harsh winters, and I haven't worn boots for the past several, because they were all too bulky, too heavy, and not my style. So I wore regular shoes, and the snow would get into my shoes. Well, I'm picky about my footwear. It has to have the heel, and be real leather (except for those dress sandals I got, because none of them were real leather). For a boot, I wanted a wingtip style. Well, I found these, they were the perfect deal! Real leather, wingtip style, and has the heel.Some notes about the sole, the heel does not have the same sort of rugged tread that the rest of the sole does. Which I like that it's not rugged. But the rest of the sole has good enough tread that I think I'll be fine in the snow.Another important note is that they have an incredibly strong smell of rubber. I'm not saying it's a problem, because it's not. Just be warned that it's very strong. So how can you not be happy with these? My only complaint is the strong odor of what smells like kerosene to me which hopefully will wear off over time. Beautiful pair of boots though and fits great.
