I supposed if they did match exactly, and you have a chain that has a clasp that allows you to break the loop - you may be able to cut the new chain, and put your new one in place. Note that once you have cut the new chain, you would have to find a way to rejoin it together as it does not have a clasp or way to open it up. **Q: Is this chain a Continuous LOOP CHAIN without a clasp joint. (My Blind is 2.3m long)** A: This chain is loop chain with a connection to adjust length **Q: string will not run through the fixing and rotate the blind. It seems stuck I have used what I would regard a reasonable amount of force.** A: I had this problem.
