The reason being as I tend to prefer a less speedy pad and more of a hybrid. This, whilst being much faster than my old control focused Roccat Taito, was very easy to transition to. I have used a few mice, Pulsar X2, Orochi V2, XM1R to name a few and they all glide superbly over this pad. The one negative I have is despite having this for around a month now. I still cant get the side the keyboard is on to go flat. I have tried a few things. And whilst its slowly getting better, Some of you may find this annoying at first until it inevitably settles. The finish, whilst not super soft on the skin is good and so far I haven't noticed any irritation. The rubber on the bottom is nice and grippy and the stitching around the edges is very nice. I wasn't a fan of stitched edges before but this pad as 100% changed my mind on that. Overall a very good pad. Just wish it was around £25~£30 but it was definitely worth the full price!
