Note from Mommy: " I love to cook and my house is always filled with people and food. I decided to make these sauces so that I could pass on my recipes and flavors to my children and grandchildren. My kids and grandkids love these sauces so much they said that I had to share my flavors with the world! Each of these sauces is different but feel free to experiment with them - there is no wrong way to use them.  Thank you for your interest in these sauces and I hope you enjoy them as much as we do. "   I initially created this as a base for soups, but it has such a great flavor I now use it to stir fry veggies! Or steam spinach, squeeze out the water and stir in this sauce, served cold.   Make soup with Fish Soy Base!  Ingredients:  1/4 lb. beef slices  1 tbs. vegetable oil 1 tbs. Fish and Soy Sauce  5-6 cups water  In a pot, stir fry the beef slices in heated vegetable oil. Add 5 to 6 cups of water and boil 15 minutes, cover the pot and turn the heat to low. Add one table spoon of Fish & Soy sauce. To make it spicy, add bean sprouts, green onions and a tablespoon of Mommy's Magic Sauce.
