Loved it and was excited. Was planning on buying more rather than drilling holes in my wall. I jumped ahead of myself. Just a couple of days after hanging a light frame, it came right off the wall falling. I think it will be great for very very light stuff like a napkin or something. The tiles are not smooth so I was concerned so I cleaned the tiles first and pressed them down firmly. They haven't moved and look great as they match my other metal surfaces which are brushed satin. They hold long handled back brushes and loofahs so they are not overly taxed. I would not recommend them if you expect to hang heavy items or kids will be pull them. I never expected this customer service and it was very appreciated.These hooks come up when doing a search for Command strip hooks. Although it uses a 3M adhesive, it is a double sided foam tape that will not easily come off a wall. that is not tile. The hook itself is OK for what I wanted it for.
