The clasp is very hard to use with just one hand. Therefore, I plan on buying a larger size so I can just slip it on and off. I sent it back and a refund was issued very promptly. I have no complaints about the quality and appearance of the pearls or the excellent customer service regarding the refund, packaging, delivery etc. I only gave it 4 stars due to the clasp.
