Best dry mouth self stick discs available. I’ve tried other brands, but they don’t last as long. I love the cinnamon flavor!! I use a CPAP when I sleep, and these really help to keep my mouth from drying out.

OK, so I've been using these for a while. I usually just use the one that's slightly sweet, it's definitely the best for night time. I do use 2 in my mouth, one on top and one on the opposite side on the bottom. Works best for me. I have severe dry mouth. Without these, I'm up every 10 minutes choking. All of these end up leaving a film on my lips. I wake up and have to wipe them with a baby wipe a couple times throughout the night, even with chapstick on. The cinnamon sucks!! It's literal cinnamon, as it dissolves, it leaves cinnamon in your mouth, all over, feels kinda gritty/powdery even. Wouldn't recommend it. The mint is actually a bit stronger than I expected. I bought for night because they were sold out of slightly sweet... I'm using them, but don't love them for night. They'd be great for day use though. In the end though, these allow me to sleep a couple hours at the least. Occasionally I get a 4hr stretch. I noticed I'm able to use a little less than when I first started using them. Dentist recommended them. I have such bad dry mouth I have a bunch of cavities from it. This is a game changer. I have tried so many other things, mouth washes, sprays, gels, mints, etc. I drink lots of water just my health hates me. I do recommend these just not the cinnamon lol
