I did have a situation when the burn was bad without any message. I was able to tell that it was incomplete as it was a full disc but the copies came out half done and there was no confirmation message regarding a good burn or failure, the trays just popped open and the message screen was blank. I emptied the trays switched it off turned it back on and continued to burn as normal. It only happened once so far. **Q: Can this device handle a heavy work load? Looking to purchase a duplicator that can handle thousands of cd's on a monthly basis.** A: I duplicate about 2k-3k cds per month and it works great. No issues.
