I was a little sceptical about this device, but am really pleased with it. I plugged it in for the first time and it was ready to pair instantly - I was up and running in under a minute, and with all of the functionality I had when plugging the phone into the car. Although there is a tiny lag when selecting a track, this has no real impact. Connects immediately when I get into the car, so no messing about repairing. No impact on sound quality either.
