A: I'm 5'3 and 145 lbs. Hips are 42 and waist 32. I took a small and they fit well. I wore one the other day and it was a bit tight around my leg but not bad, maybe that one ran a little smaller

They have a seam around the leg, which shows through even my heavier skinny jeans, and definitely leggings.
