I feel super safe doing jumping/running/aerobics on them and they don't move. Unfortunately dog stains (like on any carpet) don't get it 100% clean, but that's not the rug to blame. The edges start to look a bit worn after a while but nothing major. All of my rugs have rolled out perfectly and over the years several vacuums have gone easily over them. I only buy the 5x7 size and that has been my experience. It's my go-to rug. I find the discounter R0$s to offer greater savings but I need a super non-skid and this is it. The rug isn't plush and thick, it is definitely on the thin side.
