The ones that I just received have the rivets on the back panel (NOT on the spine as pictured.) **Q: I need to know if the black binders have the rings attached to the binding or the back cover.** A: Don't buy! Mine arrived with broken spines when I opened the box. I ordered 2 sets, out of 12, 7 had broken spines.
