I had debated whether to get a larger, full back coverage type, but am glad I chose this one as once it's placed correctly, it provides excellent support to the area that corrects posture and thus, makes hours at the computer a bit more bearable. The pillow is made of memory foam with a mesh cover. The two elastic straps at the back of the pillow have sturdy, locking plastic closures. There are two short elastic straps with the same closures that are available to extend the existing ones. For my desk chair, the extensions were not needed. The pillow is hand-wash only. The pillow comes with an "activate your lifetime warranty" card with a QR code on it. According to the directions buyers have 14 days to activate to receive their full warranty and exclusive discounts. There's also an email to contact the company with any questions. I don't like that you have to activate a warranty. The pillow slips around a bit on the plastic sides of my executive-style (high back) desk chair, but it's easy to position it and comfortable once in place. It is firm, but not hard. It will push you forward a bit so be prepared to sit forward more than you are used to if using this pillow. I am 5'6" and 155 pounds. I use a footrest at my desk and have a memory foam pillow I sit on to take the stress off my spine. This lumbar pillow works for me.
