Both are different types of installation for the bag, but these bags fit both just fine. I've always purchased true "Kirby" brand bags, but they are expensive and though I was hesitant about buying non brand bags, I was not disappointed. They fit, work and hold up just as well as the brand name bags and these bags are a fraction of the price.
