However, after trying Guggul for a month, I'm having a change of heart. This supplement is used to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides, and reduce inflammation. I can definitely say my joints feel better. In my teens and early twenties, I was a highly competitive judoka (judo player). The toll on my knees has caused me to crack my knees multiple times a day for the past 20 years (I'm 47 now). After taking Guggul for the past month, I feel less of a need to crack my knees, and my joints feel better. Although this supplement doesn't say anything about increasing your energy, I feel more energetic since taking it. I have a doctor's appointment next week, I intend to request blood work to see if there's an improvement with my cholesterol, blood pressure, triglycerides, and anything else.
