It arrived and upon first use didn't work properly. It was taken to a local repair technician who couldn't get the parts needed to complete the repairs. After communicating directly with the company the replacement parts were sent to me and taken to the repair technician but even after installing the replacement parts, the unit doesn't function properly. There is constant feedback as though the mic is keyed constantly and transmission isn't possible.
