Wonderful Flavor

Son's favoraite protein powder. Was recommended for weight gain for a growing athlete at a health store. Great post-workout, pre-bedtime snack. Can easily be mixed with yogurt, ice cream or milk for a quick shake.

I just wish the tub came a little bit fuller and not the industry standard of being half full.

Above average taste, protein content is pretty good. This gainer utilizes more fat content rather than filler carbs like typical protein gainers. I've used it for a few months & have been able to gain a few pounds, nothing major but I'll continue to use it. One major drawback would be the cost per serving. I like to use at least 2 scoops per serving and I workout about 5x/ week. I'd use 3 scoops per workout but I can't afford buying a tub every other week.

Great protein! Higher protein content then others and it doesn't taste chalky like some of the others I've tried.

I’m a hard gainer. I lift regularly but have always struggled to gain weight and eating 3-4K calories a day is not sustainable for me. I take 3 scoops twice a day for an extra 1300 calories on top of the 2500+ I consume daily and I’ve had really great results the past 3 weeks. I’ve jumped from 157 to 160 with very minimal fat gain. Most weight gainers have ridiculous amounts of carbs in them, so having a meal replacement that still keeps me under my limit of 50g of carbs per day is awesome.
