It is a little flimsy, but so is every other wire mesh I've held in the stores. If you take care not to bend with excessive force, it will last a while. I am able to brush it with a grill brush before and after each use, as well as a hand wash with scrubber a few occasions, and it did not come apart.There could be better products out there, but this appears to be about the same design as most other steel grilling meshes.
