My upper arms still look fat, but they are held in so nicely, I know I can live with them the way they look with this shaper on. Additionally this shaper is a perfect bra! I lifts my breasts up and separates them instead of creating that dreaded pancake affect that sports bras can give. Because I am wearing this on the last row of clips, I know I will still be able to wear it as I loose weight.
