- NuBest Tall works for children and teenagers from the ages of 5 to 20. It contains Calcium, Collagen and precious herbs as well as other essential nutrients. This combination of ingredients can help increase body resistance and immunity effectively to stimulate rapid growth of height. Therefore, NuBest Tall not only helps children and teens achieve maximum height when they are in their mature ages, but also supports their overall health.

 - Doctor Plus works for children and teenagers from the ages of 10 to 20. It contains Calcium, Collagen, Vitamin K2, Vitamin D3, precious herb and minerals. It provides essential minerals and vitamins for children and teenagers to help them grow taller and support their brain development.

Towards the end of puberty, people can only grow 1-2 inches per year even in optimal conditions (growth plates are still open and the user takes supplements regularly in combination with nutritious diets, proper sleep patterns, and frequent exercise).

Our height growth supplements should be taken continuously for a course of at least 6 months to make visible changes in height growth. Users are recommended to take capsules regularly until their growth plates close completely to achieve the optimal height. The results may vary from person to person. 

In order to get the best results, You should follow the recommended dosage, ensure frequent exercise, proper nutrition, good sleep patterns and healthy living habits.
