The handle turns smoothly and actually dispenses gumballs without getting jammed, which I was a little worried about. It also came with some gumballs to get started, which was a nice bonus and meant it was ready to use right away. Overall it’s a fun little item that works exactly as it should. If you’re expecting a full sized gumball machine this isn’t it, but for kids or as a small toy bank, it’s been great!
