Read the directions carefully; to adjust the temperature, unscrew the Allen-head screw in the tan handle a bit (no need to remove) and then pull the handle back and turn. The handle cannot be turned with the Allen-head screw tight, and there was no need to completely remove the screw. Build quality: High quality part, greatly improved for long-term reliability, & ability to adjust the temperature at the tub. Old part replaced, from 2007. If the HW inlet water temp is below 120 the valve will simply pass cold water. The max pressure for both inlets is 150 PSI. There is no listed minimum pressure.
