Did not bother my fingers that were wearing band or flat rings, but I'd be sure to remove those with higher set parts before using. Can't say that I could feel much in the way of heat at all, but it did feel comfortable. My only complaint is that it does very little for the wrist area which is where I really need the massaging. This review is for this company's hand massager, but I can't see it offered on this product page anymore. It's very easy to use. You don't even have to be sure that it sits on a table top. You can just wear it like a glove and allow it to sit on your lap. The top screen is easy to read and use. I don't even have to put my glasses on to use the controls. Súper recomendable! Tiene 4 programas predefinidos de masaje y realmente masajea los pies de forma completa. Se disfruta muchísimo, da alivio y activa la circulación. Viene muy bien empacado, llegó antes de la fecha indicada. Tiene control remoto para mayor facilidad de uso, solo lo conectas a la electricidad y a disfrutar! ***Actualización*** Después de tres semanas de uso empezó ha hacer un ruido extraño, era muy silenciosa. A la cuarta semana dejó de funcionar la parte que da masaje a la planta del pie. Es una lástima, la tuve que regresar :(
