Review: This is a wonderful product, boosts immunity. - I like that this product is very high in phytonutrients and polyphenols. It boosts immunity as well as overall health. The flour itself has a slight bitter taste, which I don't mind. But if it has just a small amount of another flour with it (I use almond flour) and some spices, again a small amount of ginger. nutmeg, cinnamon and sometimes a little cloves. Add a few small pieces of pecans or walnuts a little monkfruit. Makes some nice pancakes. (Of course, there are a few more things needed to make pancakes) but those are the things I found that make it very tasty. I almost always have blueberries or mixed berries with mine. Adds even more antioxidants and nutrients to your morning meal or whenever you like to have it. If you go to the website on the product, they have recipes to use this flour and other products that this is used in to boost immunity as well as other beneficial products. I enjoy it very much. It may not be to everyone's liking. But, I would recommend trying it. I think it's delicious once you learn what to add to make it taste really good to you. The story behind the growth in the US is very interesting as well. Hope you enjoy some.
