Kuriyama Tigerflex MILK-LT series low temperature food grade PVC liquid suction hose. Smooth outer cover provides increased pressure rating and smooth surface for banding. Transparent construction allows for visual confirmation of material flow. Food grade materials - hose complies with applicable FDA and 3-A requirements. Hose approved by USDA for use in meat and poultry plants. Cold-flex materials - hose remains flexible in severe sub-zero temperatures. Precision controlled ID and OD dimensions - facilitates insertion of sanitary fittings. Constructed from PVC tube with rigid PVC helix. General applications include food grade liquids such as potable water, beer, wine and juice, ice transfer and milk and dairy product transfer. Water suction - standard duty. Transparent hoses allow the user visual confirmation of material flow, and the ability to see if material or condensation has collected in the hose tube. Made In USA. RoHS and BSE/TSE compliance. Working pressure: 55 psi at 68 degrees F and 40 psi at 104 degrees F. Vacuum rating: 28 inHg at 68 degrees F and 24 inHg at 104 degrees F. Bending radius: 8 inches at 68 degrees F.
