I have chocolate shake containers all over my kitchen.Bad tasting stuff,and I am talking about regular protein shakes, not ones with bgb salts in them. So, along comes Ketomeal, and wow! I mix it with either unsweetened almond or coconut milk with ice in a blender and it satisfys my chocolate cravings. Forva real treat I will use some cold brew coffee as my liquid base, the mix,some almond milk to lighten up the coffee, some stevia for sweetness, blend it with ice and you have your own Starbuck like drink!Its not easy to find a formula base that will hide the salty and bitter taste of the bgb, but Kegenix nailed it with this one! Trying vanilla next.Only real problem is, it is a bit pricey.
