A: I would actually contact the manufacturer. Nutritional labels can be tricky and sometimes a frustrating trip down a rabbit hole to figure out. If an ingredient is below a certain amount, then it can be listed as “free” or sometimes “zero” depending on the circumstance. This applies to more than just sugar, i.e. fat. Then of course some ingredients naturally contain sugar. So to get the best answer as to how much sugar you are actually consuming per serving, the manufacturer is the best place to turn to. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Good luck!
