What is the button sequence for recording etc?** A: You can contact us via amazon or send email to our service team (notweall@outlook.com) to get the manual. **Q: Should The memory card click into the device? when I put the memory card in it does not click itself in but the case door holds it in, is this norma?** A: You need to ensure the sd card goes all the way in, it is a little awkward and fingernails come in handy, as you need to press the card in below the level of the holder for it to stay (though I can't hear a click either), otherwise it will spring back. To release press the card in further and it will spring back. To tell it is in all the way none of the card should protrude above the card slot and as far as I can tell closing the cover doesn't push the card down far enough for it to stay in, for me it will record in this position but I prefer the card to be locked in place. **Q: will it work wile chrarging** A: Utter trash if when changed its crap ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ Hard to say *by D***E on 14 December 2022* Unfortunately the product didn’t work.
