I was a bit skeptical at first because there were no reviews, but I am very happy with this purchase. Firstly it is a gold metal color and it is 'rustic' looking, which I very much liked. Second, the dimensions are totally wrong, it's bigger than what the description says, L - 6 3/4" , W - 4" , H - 4 3/4" but this is the outside, inside it's maybe 1/8" to 2/8" smaller on all measurements.The construction seems pretty stable and although I don't plan on directly putting water on it, I did purchase this for a succulent terrarium, so there might be a little moisture making its way to the metal. Have not tested its water retention but don't think it will be a problem given succulents don't need much and there appears to be no gaps in the metal work. Lid lays perfectly flat on top and there is no fastening of any kind on it as I've seen on other boxes, but that wasn't any problem for me. Overall I'd say this box is well designed and has quality materials!
