We tried so many different kinds of mouse bait, but the little house invaders just kept eating it and multiplying. I could hear the scratches at night and day in the attic. I tried all different kinds of bait traps and sticky traps, nothing worked. I finally bought this after the great reviews. I put it in the attic and I still heard scratching the first few day, now silence. Not a single mouse at night. Highly recommend! I really hate using poison to get rid of the mice in my attic, but traps are never enough because it doesn't take long before the mice avoid them. Poison, unfortunately, is the only effective method; however, I'm still limited to where I can place bait traps. I bought these packs on the recommendation of a friend. I can hurl them, intact in their packages, to the corners of the attic that I can't reach. The mice that find them chew through the brown paper and eat the poison. I had mice in the walls of my bedroom, and it took 48 hours before I had complete silence again.The only thing I don't like about this product is that the packets are connected in twos. I have to cut them apart carefully to make sure I don't expose myself to the poison.
