**Q: Will it play sd card or usb mp3 and mp4 ?**
A: No! USB port is covered with sticker that says service only and is not listed as a "source" option. There is no way to play any files using USB.

**Q: The product description says that this item supports bluetooth.  but the user manual has zero mention of bluetooth.  does it support bluetooth or not?**

**Q: Anyone know how to get the dvd to play in 1080? I can't figure out how to get it out of 480**
