I have solid, clean and saturated pick up and transfer with stamping. It does dry quickly so you need to work quickly, but that is how it is supposed to be. They are both well saturated, but I would caution to use liquid latex with the black as it's highly staining on the skin. I had a hard time removing it completely with acetone. I have fallen in love with stamping and this polish definitely helped because it was so easy to use and looked so good.
