Very complex and savory, and a little goes a long way because it's intense. It's hot but not overly so, the focus is adding flavor, not heat. There is a tang of vinegar, but it's not strong like it is with the pickled ones. I will be buying more of this when I run out!

Awesome Hot Sauce Spread This is the greatest. I love the hint of smoked pepper taste, the heat is slightly above medium, but very mellow and sweet hot wow. I put it on everything. Sandwiches, eggs, pasta, great in guacamole, on top of hummus is a dream, add a little or a lot. It's fabulous.
