CressiScuba Diving Snorkeling Kit - Freediving Mask Dry Snorkel - F1 mini & Supernova Dry

I ordered this snorkel and mask with having absolutely no clue what I was doing as the last time I had ever used a snorkel/mask was when I was 10 (aka: 15 years ago). So I had to base it all on reviews. I didn't think the set looked very pretty (honestly I wanted a light blue colored set or a bright pink set), but I decided, after all, to go with quality over beauty *sigh*First of all, I got the clear set. And I'm very happy I did. I got a bunch of underwater pics with the set on and the clear set shows your whole face, and I really like that. Yeah, it's still not the sexiest thing to wear, but what mask is?! I'm honestly glad I didn't settle for a showy, colorful set because of that reason. I also have a full range of sight. Nothing gets hidden from my retinas, NOTHING! hahaWhen I got it in the mail, I was super excited and without even putting the head strap around my head, I just smooshed the mask up to my face just to see what it looked like, and boy was I surprised when the mask actually suctioned to my face without the strap on! In fact it suctioned so well, it nearly pulled the boogers out of my nose! And a couple of times using it since then, it actually makes my ears pop if I get it on good enough. Basically what I'm saying is I was told AFTER I bought it that if the mask suctions to your face without the strap or you holding it, it's a good mask, so this is a darn good mask. Oh, and it's comfortable, too! I have no issues with comfort at all while wearing it.And the snorkel! It really does work! I was snorkeling with my boyfriend and my dad, and they had the "old" snorkels, aka: no water stop on them. The ocean was pretty wavey at the time, and those two were constantly getting water in their snorkels, coughing, spitting out water, having to pull the mouth piece out to drain the water. I, on the other hand, didn't have a single issue with mine! In fact I didn't even realize the waves were that bad until I heard those two complaining about all the water getting down in their snorkels and cursing out the waves. So that's really when it was pointed out to me that this snorkel works really really well at keeping water out. I also had to do a little test at one point and dunk all the way into the water and sure enough, not even a little bit of water came down my snorkel.I'm very, very happy with this product. Absolutely worth every penny, I'd buy it again in a heart beat, and I'm recommending it to anyone who asks!Btw, sometimes this stuff matters: I'm a female at 5'7" so anyone in that spectrum this should fit most dandy :P And my boyfriend used it as well and fit him great and he's 6'0" and 250lbs so it fits bigger males as well. This is my second mask/snorkel set. The first one I got was the Cressi Eye Evolution. Cost me $60 just for the mask. The snorkel I got then was NOT a dry top but had a splash guard. I got this set because it cost less than ordering each individually. I was worried about the quality in mask/snorkel sets but you an assure that this works very well. I am comparing the mask with the Cressi Eye evolution here. Both have the same width. This mask has a softer skirt (see photo) so it was lighter and very comfortable on my face. The Eye Evolution has a tab on the side that you have to push in to loosen the strap. This mask has two buttons that you have to pinch together to loosen the strap. I like the tab push better. The head strap on this mask is also better than the eye evolution. You won't need a mask strap cover at all.The dry top snorkel is very good. I took different dives (slow and fast) to see when water gets in. When I do a fast dive, no water went in. When I do a slow dive some water got it BUT it was very easy to clear the water - a hard puff and the water is expelled. The other excellent feature on this snorkel is the quick release clip. A push and pull and the snorkel separates from the mask making storage very easy. The other snorkel I had, it was hard to put on and remove the snorkel.

My wife bought a more expensive mask but I liked the reviews on this one. I am glad I got it. We went to Tahiti and did a lot of snorkeling. Worked extremely well. Mask frame was soft and flexible enough that it fit very well. Only had small trouble with leaking if I took the mask off and on several times in a row.Initially I had to do that because of "fogging". Found a GREAT solution (there are so many stories about toothpaste, spit, etc. but this one works). Had a tiny container. put about 5-6 drops of shampoo and filled with water. Put a small amount on the inside glass of the mask and rubbed it around. Just before I put the mask on, I rinsed it in the ocean ONCE. I have been snorkeling for 50 years and never had a mask that didn't fog up, until the shampoo trick. I snorkeled for 2-3 hours and no fog.Once I had no fogging, I did not have to take my mask on and off to rinse it, so no leaking (it was minimal when it did initially).Great mask. Snorkel worked flawlessly also. Good Value.

I'm really glad I bought this set because the mask is noticeably bigger than the Cressi mask I bought for my wife with a different snorkel / fins combo. This mask has a larger form factor / frame, and the single lens that extendes all the way across seems nice. I have an above average sized face / head (Male, 5' 11", ~180lbs) and am happy with the size / fit of this mask. It does not leak, although I really need to clean it well and apply some anti-fog solution because it was fogging up. Pretty common in my experience with any mask. This mask is labeled Made in Italy.The snorkel was fine, although it appears to be directional, meaning the angle of the mouthpiece into the tube is not the symmetrical, and the angle seems best when the snorkel is clipped to the left side of your head/mask.The floating valve on top works well and I can always swim well underwater and get no water entry when I re-surface. If you blow out hard there is a soft rubber cover at the bottom of the snorkel that will flap open and blow out any water, and it has yet to let any water in. It seems soft and flimsy, but does its job. This snorkel was labeled Made in Taiwan. Boo.

Se siente cómodo, no entra agua. Se empeña pero eso es normal, con un poco de antivaho se soluciona . Espero disfrutarlo mucho años

I love the scuba mask I bought a few months ago and already made so many long lasting memories and it's still in near perfect condition. I would recommend this

Haben uns das Schnorchelset für unseren Thailand Urlaub gekauft da wir nicht die abgenagten Sets der Hotels ausleihen wollten. Das Schnorchelset ist super bequem, die Scheibe beschlägt wie jeder andere auch, bisschen Spucke oder Anti Beschlag Spray und fertig. Der Schnorchel ist super, vor allem mit dem Rückschlagventil, somit kann kein Wasser von oben eindringen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Have Fun!

Super lot de masque et tuba. Le matériel est de bonne qualité je suis trés content de mes sorties en mer et de l'utilisation du masque et du tuba. Le tuba demandera un peu de pratiq7e pour eviter d'avaler un peu d'eau mais sinon le systeme de bloquage marche tres bien !
