I'd advise one or 2 sizes larger. But...I LOVE THEM!!! **Q: How hot they get on high temperatures?** A: They actually breath really well in hot weather. They are not the “coolest,” but they are not “hot,” per se. For the durability, protection, and water resistance you get - they are worth it even in hot weather. They are wicked cool. They fit great. I am 6'1" and they are perfect length which is not typical. The cuffs tighten with velcro. Nice sized pockets. Material is great. Look is great. I'm super happy with this item. I had high expectations and they were exceeded. I can wear them every day too. The material seems pretty heavy duty.
