A: It's easy to clean.  Appox 15 in tall

**Q: This urn work at 220v? or just 110v?**
A: 110v

**Q: Do you need to "TIP" the coffee urn toward the end, in order to get the coffee out because the spigot sits up too high??**
A: Yes. Every urn coffee pot seems to be this way. Although this is the best one we ever had. I mostly like it because it makes great coffee and also keeps it very hot.
