**Q: Re: your warranty/18 month replacement policy. Do you also provide free shipping label for me to ship back to you for  replacement**
A: Reply to Tiyo4ever, you were answering about the AMAZON warranty, but the question was the manufacturer's 18 month warranty. They are not the same, Amazon is 30 days, and the manufacturer has 18 months if you write an email with your order number and a photo of your hot plate. As to the question about if free shipping, I just got mine today, so am also curious about this answer if the seller or someone else can answer it, I would appreciate it.

**Q: Can I use 12" pan on this stove?**
A: Absolutely.  You are able to do everything you normally do on a stove top.  It is easy to clean & store. . . .   It is an asset to have this extra electric countertop "burner."  It is helpful in any occasion.

**Q: How long is the cord?**
A: It has a longer cord than most hot plates. I have not had any problem reaching a plug from any location I decide to use it.

**Q: Can I use 12" pan on this stove?**
A: I used a 10" and it worked perfectly

I've had this dual burner for about 3-ish months. This is our main source of how to cook, and the burners work great. Heat up quickly, don't leave a nasty/weird smell, and for the price you can't beat trying to fine one elsewhere that would come with an 18-month warranty!Unfortunately my larger burner stopped working but I was able to reach out to the manufacturer (Cukor) and because they give you an amazing FREE manufacturers warranty for 18 months, I got it replaced!Customer service was upstanding, especially working with Alice and quick turnaround for responses!

This unit has been a lifesaver during our kitchen remodel!This 2-burner unit is surprisingly lightweight and easy to handle for its size! It’s perfect for taking on camping trips or moving between the kitchen and the patio when we need extra cooking space. The compact design makes it effortless to tuck away in a cupboard when not in use.I’m really impressed with the temperature control on this double burner. The knobs allow for very fine adjustments, and once it reaches the set heat, they stay there without fluctuating.The cast iron plates heat up very consistently and stay warm for a long time after turning them off, which is great for keeping food at serving temperature. It feels solid, the non-slip feet keep it stable on the counter, and it's surprisingly easy to wipe clean.

This dual hotplate does what I need: it heats up quickly and handles two pots/pans at once without any issue. The build feels sturdy and compact enough for small kitchens or dorm rooms. The adjustable temperature controls give me fine-tuned heating, which is great for cooking different dishes simultaneously. My only gripe is that it takes a few extra minutes to cool down after use and the eyes are very close together making use of two large pots or pans almost impossible . Still, for the price and convenience — I’m satisfied and would recommend it.
