It has a bit of protein but not much so it’s a good value for the money if you need a milk alternative with few carbohydrates. Do not look to the protein content for a reason to purchase this product. It tastes nice in cereal, coffee or heated up at bedtime. It’s not a thick milk but neither is it watery. Thank goodness it doesn’t taste like skim milk.
