Each serving provides eight grams of protein plus calcium, essential vitamins, minerals, and natural enzymes, supporting your everyday wellness goals. Shelf-stable and requiring no refrigeration until mixed, it fits perfectly into a busy lifestyle, from daily use at home to travel, camping, or emergency pantry storage. This Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Kosher Certified goat milk powder is available in multiple sizes to match your needs, from a one pound bag for personal use to larger options for families or professional kitchens. Use it for drinking, in coffee or tea, blended into smoothies, or as a creamy base in soups, sauces, and baked goods whenever you want the taste and convenience of goat milk at your fingertips.

Review: The warning sign in the package is confusing. - Overall the product is good. And expiry day has good period. Where can I found out what is the meaning of warning sign?
Review: cost effective, great for smoothies, goat does have stronger/different taste - update: wondering why did I wait so long to try because I'm 100% sold on powdered milk! why? #1 not throwing away spoiled milk. #2 it has cut my trips to the grocery store visits down considerably. #3 can easily tailor to fit my needs and will always have on hand. I use for a supplement smoothie: protein powders say mix with water or milk, this adds a creaminess that plain water does not and I don't really need to use 28g so I probably use about half which it will last me longer and make it even more cost effective. I used to drink coconut milk because cow dairy congests me, but to appease my husband's desire for a dairy milk I tried the goat and I have not experienced any issues, and I love they also offer a coconut milk version that I could mix for their different properties if I wanted to- might even try the cow- Yay powdered milk lol! :With rising milk prices I thought I'd finally give this a try. It includes a 60cc scoop that I measured on my mg scale and it was fairly accurate for the 28g serving size, but the powder is super fine and can be in clumps so I had to work at getting a full level-ish scoop without compacting to get that weight. I used my bullet-type blender with following results: Day 1- I used 8 ounces of warm water I had just distilled (package suggests warm) with a full scoop of milk powder, did not clump but the taste was ?gamey? I put in a couple ice cubes and better but still not good. Added smoothie mix and not much improvement in taste. The good part was the taste did not linger for a lengthy time. Day 2- Still using 8 ounces of my distilled water but this time cold from fridge, I eyeballed about half a scoop of milk powder and directly mixed with smoothie mix and did not clump in cold smoothie. Half scoop had no evident taste in smoothie as the full scoop did and no aftertaste. I did not try it alone this time. So it should mix fine in blender with cold water, a definite plus. If you plan on drinking this I do recommend trying a smaller package, I thought my smoothie mixture would mask any off taste but unless yours is on the sweet side (my current one is kind of bland) you will likely taste the flavor of this goat milk powder at full serving size. The powder kind of stinks, and it tastes like it smells.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where is this goat milk sourced from?**
A: Great question!
It comes from the Netherlands.

**Q: What would the shelf life be unopened?**
A: Goat Milk Powder will have a shelf life between 1 to 2 years unopened.
It depends on storage conditions. If it is in a dark, cool environment, you should be able to get up to 2 years.

**Q: Why is there a california prop 65 warning on the back? is this because of the goats milk or the packaging?**
A: That's a great question. California Prop 65 is a law that only pertains to products shipping to California so any other state can disregard it. We have to add the disclaimer warning on the label of everything we sell because it is possible someone in another state could send one of our products to California and then if the disclaimer is not on the label we could be sued. Recently predatory law firms have been hunting down any company that sells products in California that does not have the warning. Unfortunately, the way the law in California is written you are guilty until proven innocent as a company selling products. That means that a law firm could come after us just because something we sell does not have that warning and we have to pay to prove our product is safe and does not need the warning. So these law firms can literally send a lawsuit for every product a company sells if it does not have the warning. Then even if the product is safe the company has to either go to court to prove the warning is not needed or the company has to settle with the law firm. Currently, the average settlement is around $80,000 and going to court to prove you are innocent costs well over $100,000. Those amounts are for each product that does not have this warning. So these law firms are forcing companies to put these warnings on all kinds of products that may not need them or face huge financial losses.

**Q: Is it organic? The Amazon listing claims it is but the package appears to not say it.**
A: That is a very great question.
It is an error that occurred on the listing and details. We are fixing it right now and you will be able to see the changes later today.
It is not Certified Organic by the USDA.
