I’m currently back on the diet program (think bikini) losing s few more pounds and now comfortably fit in my size 4 cloths. This cereal has helped me maintain. When I’m off my diet and just maintaining, I add blueberries to this cereal. Also, my grand loves the cereal too!
Review: I've never bought cereal in bulk before - If you've never had Barbara's puffins, this may not be the ideal way to try them, since you'll get 6 boxes for something like 5 dollars a box. Barbara's isn't always easy to find, particularly since they stopped carrying these unflavored ones at the grocery shop I usually rely on. What you get is a relatively unsweetened cereal that everyone in my family seems to like. It's good for kids in that they like the taste, but it doesn't have many added sugars. Sometimes I'll have it, too, and it's really not bad. It tastes a bit oaty with a bit of bran 'flavor.' The cereal has a fair amount of air and is pretty light. If you really want oats and a bit more solidity/density, Barbara's makes another similar cereal called Oat Crunch that's a bit more like something that Quaker would sell. I buy in bulk mostly because of the supply issues I've encountered in my regular grocery stores.

**Q: What does this cereal taste like?**
A: I think this cereal tastes like a healthier, less sweet, more crunchy version of Cap'n Crunch.  It's my favorite and often hard to find in stores.

**Q: Does the honey rice cereal contain fructooligo­saccharides? i don't see it in the ingredients on here, but it is listed on the manufacturer's website.**
A: Yes it does! The item shipped doesn’t match the ingredients listed here! 
My order arrived 12/15/20 and the rice honey ingredients are: whole grain brown rice , cane sugar, Fructooligosaccharides. Unsulfered molasses, sea salt, calcium carbonate, organic honey, tocopherols (antioxidants to maintain freshness), natural flavor.

Love that this cereal is non-gmo. I use it in my own version of Chex Mix that I feel is much healthier because I use all non gmo/organic products in mine. Great taste and remains crunchy. Thank you Canada 🇨🇦
