**Q: i bought a pair and when i use them everyone complains i sound like i'm in a bucket. Is that standard for these, or do i have a bad set?**
A: I would go with a bad set. Both my friend and I have set that we use at work for teams and zoom calks. No issues.

**Q: Would it work for work from home jobs?**
A: I work from home, it works fine. Quality isn’t great.

**Q: I've read about the flip up/down. Does this work with any phone? I just bought a Panasonic base phone for home.**
A: I would assume it is phone independent and is based upon Bluetooth connectivity.  It works great with my iPhone 13

**Q: Will the microphone work normally if used with a cable (wired connection)?**
A: Yes, even if wired, the microphone will work. You may have to be sure your computer has recognized both the headset and microphone. They may be separate functions.

It doesn’t switch between bluetooth profiles automatically. You can’t talk if you pickup Teams call when you were listening to music.
