I requested replacement straps and didn’t get a response from Cotrunkage or Amazon. The suitcases are really attractive, but the quality was not commensurate with the investment and Contrunkage/Amazon did nothing to stand behind the product. Correspondingly, I would not recommend this luggage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely a conversation starter, but the small one is useless *by A***. on October 26, 2023* This would be five stars if there was a way to ONLY order the two larger suitcases. They look great and every time I go to the airport people are catering at them or complimenting them.I love the way they look, they are great quality and they are a great buy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even better in person *by C***A on August 23, 2022* I love the look of these suitcases and was really glad to get them as a set. I ordered some clear covers for them based on some of the other reviews but they actually came with them when delivered. They look beautiful and function well - I'm very impressed by the quality and care that each suitcase has. I also love that the large and medium suitcase straps are actually functional (the small one is just a magnet). The medium suitcase looks bigger on the outside than what it can fit inside, which is fine for me but may be worth considering if you need more space.
