I had no indication at all that my bone density values would be anything but excellent since I've spent years doing strength training. To my shock, I learned that my spine and right forearm were osteopenic. I had doubts about calcium supplementation since my diet is rich in calcium already and decided to try StronBone instead. I just completed another DEXA scan yesterday and my scores had soared - well into the green "safe" zone! One of the few supplements that I've ever taken where clinical proof of effectiveness was so obvious.
