This shampoo actually works. I wasn’t sure when I purchased it . When I brush her, after washing it doesn’t hurt her as much and she lets me actually brush her in areas where she needs it. When I brush the mats out they actually brushed out! it keeps her coat soft so that means less time at the groomers.
