Clearly some kind of return that had been resold and reshipped without checking. But Amazon sent me a replacement as soon as I notified them and the next box was the right thing. It took me maybe half an hour to put this together. Figuring out how many pieces of the vertical pole I needed was the most difficult. After that, it was easy to fit the shelves to the pole and place the rubber feet on each end. The tension pole holds the pole steady in my shower and I'm satisfied with it after a couple of weeks. I don't have many supplies, but I do have a full size body wash bottle, several bars of soap, and a bath poof, and I haven't had any trouble with that load. I wish the shelves had more drainage holes so I might not need a secondary soap dish to keep the soap dry between uses; and I wish they were a little smaller, because I only put two of them on the pole and it still feels like this appliance takes up a lot of space.
